Ralph Scott Lifeservices. Inc. is a non-profit organization that
provides individualized residential services and community supports to
people with developmental disabilities.
Staff, who first and foremost are patient and caring, are

positions:
Day Manager The Day Manager is responsible for arranging, transporting, and accompanying individuals receiving supports to weekday activities and services outside of the day program; shopping for food and other household goods; and maintaining group home inventories. Posted 5/4/2011
Group Home Co-Manager
Full time positions available
The
Co-manager provides a home-like atmosphere and normalizing experiences
for up to six consumers who live together in a group home in a
residential neighborhood.
Examples of Co-manager duties include assistance with activities of
daily living, coordination of consumers’ schedules, planning and
preparing nutritious meals, maintaining records.
This is a full time sleep-over position with a rotating schedule
of five days on and five days off.
Currently a signing bonus is being offered for this position.
Life Skills Instructor
Full
and part time positions available
The
Lifeskills Instructor provides Community Alternative Program (CAP)
services to one or more individuals who need extra help to be able to
live in the group home or participate in community activities.
The Lifeskills Instructor’s duties include assisting with
personal care and daily activities.
Work schedules vary.
Special Training Instructor
Full
and part time positions available
The
Special Training Instructor works in our ICF/MR group homes with people
who need intense training and assistance with personal care.
Typical schedules are for second or third shift.
Some first shift positions are available on weekends.
Day Program Instructor
Full
and part time positions available
The
Day Program Instructor works at StarPoint, a pre-vocational and day
supports program that operates Monday through Friday.
Day Program Instructor duties include teaching pre-vocational and
daily living activities to a small group of participants.
Hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Community Living Coach
Part time positions available
The
Community Living Coach assists individuals in day-to-day activities and
operation of the home or apartment in which they live.
Community Living Coach duties include assistance in securing all
services, such as, doctor appointments, transportation, and helping the
individual reach his/her maximum level of independence within the
community. Schedules vary.
Respite Care Specialist
As needed
The
Respite Care Specialist provides care for an individual in his/her
family’s home or in a Ralph Scott Lifeservices facility.
The care may be for a few hours or may be scheduled for an
extended overnight period, depending on the family’s needs.
Relief
As needed
Relief positions are available for all other positions posted.
The Relief employee does not have a set work schedule and is
called upon when needed to fill in for others who are out sick or on
vacation.
