The Residential Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the residential setting for the assigned programs. This includes household operations, program budget, resident’s schedules, and staff scheduling. The Residential Operations Manager meets criteria for a paraprofessional and performs duties related to daily operations that ensure the safe and comfortable physical environment for the well-being of the residents and staff.

The Qualified Professional (QP) is responsible for the clinical oversight and supervision of assigned services. This includes planning, monitoring, and preparation of billing documentation for billable services for assigned individuals.
